Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care | Flexible Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home client assessments
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Provide nursing interventions focused on realistic client outcomes
- Update care plans based on client progress
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support caregiver onboarding, skills assessments, drug testing, and training
- Perform additional clinical tasks as needed
What You Bring
- Current RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Geriatric or home care experience preferred
